Welcome to Boana Torre Malibu, gay Puerto Vallarta's largest "straight-friendly" basic modern condo-hotel. Torre Malibu is located one block directly behind the world famous blue and green chairs on the beach known as Playa Los Muertos. It is a short, quiet walk at to all the great nightlife and restaurants.
We have a large selection of rooms that are actually condos! It's more like having a suite for your vacation than just a hotel room. All units have one bedroom, two baths, kitchen, living room with double sofa-bed (real mattress) and balcony. One unit has 2 bedrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is an elevator making access to even those top floor views easy.

It is located right behind the Blue Chair Hotel, it offers ocean view from the balcony and you just go down with the elevator go some steps and you are on the Los Muertos Beach. The condo offers a luxury ambience with 1 bed room ( king size bed ) with TV 32 inch flat screen, closets with a lot of store room. Full equipped kitchen with granite counters, with fridge, Microwave, stove, Dishwashers, washer and dryer, toaster, mixer and coffee maker etc. This condo has own water purification system in the kitchen and a digital safety box. It offers nice size living room with dining table sitting area and a comfortable sofa/bed for additional guests, also TV 47 inch, WI-FI. The 2 bath rooms nice designed with granite counters.
From the large balcony with table and chairs, let yourself be lulled by the sounds of the waves watching people drive on the beach in front of the beautiful sunset. In the evening, don't miss the view of the city's bright lights miles. You will also have the opportunity to attend daily fireworks and a whole new colorful spectacle offered by the new emblem of the Romantic Zone, the Los Muertos pier.
Near from the beach, clubs, bars, and restaurants, you can't stay closer to the beach and to the town. Google for Amapas 353 in Puerto Vallarta and see more info's. This is the newest building in the Romantic Zone/ Beach area. On top of the building you have infinity heat pool and sun deck with WI-FI and an amazing view.
